Here is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a major manufacturer of consumer goods as a Customer Service Officer working on Major Accounts. This is not your normal call centre type of environment dealing the same queries all the time the main focus of this role is to ensure that major customers receive the highest level of customer service which entails supporting them from the placement of their order through to delivery, in full and on time. During this process you will be liaising with all areas of the company including the production team, planners, warehouse people and others, to track the manufacture of products whilst keeping your customer fully informed. Full training will be given so that you understand the processes across the organisation. You must be a naturally confident and motivated person, highly organized and professional with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems, who enjoys working in a team that supports each other. Your duties will include Taking of orders and order entry Assist FMCG business customers in a range of enquiries Solve delivery enquiries Enter and maintenance of customer and order information into the CRM Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
